Operating Model
How we operate.
Our partners are profit-sharing principals rather than salaried
employees. Seventy percent of executed individual-contract revenue is paid directly
to the operator who owns the work. The firm convenes annually for a strategy summit,
observes a paid summer week and a paid winter week, and operates under a 1099
structure that aligns compensation with client outcomes.
