§ 1.0  ·  About

About the firm.

Bastion Rozelle Partners is a boutique consulting firm. We bring direct, senior-level leadership to capital programs and operations across energy and infrastructure, healthcare, financial services, and retail, multifamily, and mixed-use real estate, lead design and engineering for mission-critical facilities, and invest in the people who run them through mentoring and workforce development. Every program rests on disciplined commercial governance and reliable execution.

The firm was founded on a simple premise: complex capital programs are best led by experienced operators with direct accountability, not by rotating consulting teams. Our work combines capital discipline, technical execution, and commercial governance, the three things these programs require together.

Every engagement begins with a defined master scope of work, a specified deliverable, and a single accountable principal. Our reporting gives boards and senior executives the visibility they need to make decisions during the engagement and after it.

How we
engage.

Inquiries are reviewed personally by the Managing Partner. Qualifying engagements proceed to a brief intake conversation under our standard mutual non-disclosure agreement, followed by a written master scope of work. Work begins only after the scope, deliverable, and principal are confirmed in writing.

Kimberly founded Bastion Rozelle Partners on a simple idea: complex programs go better when an experienced operator owns the outcome, not just the contract. She has led mission-critical data center infrastructure, advanced energy, healthcare, and financial services programs, and built the firm to give clients that same direct, senior ownership from the first conversation through closeout.

Her work spans the controls room and the executive office. She has held financial governance for hyperscale construction programs across North America, led delivery for a national retail-banking network of more than 1,800 locations, served as Chief of Staff to the chief executive of a healthcare platform with assets over one billion dollars, and stood up emergency-department construction during the COVID-19 pandemic with no material delivery failures.

Kimberly holds senior credentials in project management, law, human resources, and corporate design. She serves on call as a State Emergency Department subject matter expert, mentors operators earlier in their careers, and is a steady advocate for veterans and the unhoused in her home state of Rhode Island.

MAC is a Sr. Principal at Bastion Rozelle Partners and leads the firm's retail sector from Arizona. A U.S. military veteran and the brother of founder Kimberly, he carries the same standards of service and accountability the firm was built on.

His career has centered on retail construction and development, from ground-up builds and repositionings to multi-site rollouts, carrying programs from site work and permitting through general contracting, tenant improvements, and turnover. His Arizona work includes the USS Arizona Memorial Gardens at Salt River, which received an ENR Southwest Best Project award.

He is known for hands-on field leadership and tight coordination of trades, vendors, and schedules. For Bastion Rozelle Partners' retail clients, MAC pairs that on-site construction experience with the firm's commercial discipline and reporting.

Operating Model

How we operate.

Our partners are profit-sharing principals rather than salaried employees. Seventy percent of executed individual-contract revenue is paid directly to the operator who owns the work. The firm convenes annually for a strategy summit, observes a paid summer week and a paid winter week, and operates under a 1099 structure that aligns compensation with client outcomes.

Our work does not end at the project site. Each quarter, Bastion Rozelle Partners gives time and resources to organizations that strengthen Rhode Island, with a focus on veterans and neighbors experiencing homelessness.
